Automatic vote reward system for  VORP Framework, designed for Top-Serveurs.net.

Instead of relying on inbound webhook connections (which are often blocked on hardened dedicated servers), CS_VOTE polls your Discord vote channel directly via the Discord API — outbound only, no firewall rules, no open ports required.

When a player votes on Top-Serveurs.net, the site posts a notification in your Discord channel. CS_VOTE detects it within 30 seconds and automatically delivers the configured item reward to the player's inventory. If the player is offline at the time of the vote, the reward is stored in a persistent file and delivered automatically the next time they load their character — even after a server restart. Multiple votes stack and are all delivered at once on login.
